Gen Z favorite online stores in Italy 2024

In 2024, the ranking of most popular online stores among Italian Gen Z shoppers revealed that Amazon was the big outlier, being used by 85 percent of respondents. Fashion marketplaces Shein and Zalando followed with 35 and 33 percent of answers, respectively. In Italy, only 24 percent of Gen Z shoppers had bought something from eBay over the 12 months prior to the survey.
