Preferred online shopping channel APAC 2024, by country

In a survey conducted in the Asia-Pacific region in 2024, about 61 percent of respondents from South Korea preferred to shop from brand's official websites when shopping online. In comparison, around 63 percent of respondents from Japan mostly shopped from multibrand online platforms.
