Number of titles on SVOD services worldwide 2024-2025, by content type

Between the last quarter of 2024 and January 2025, the leading global SVOD providers increased their content portfolio by over five percent, with sports recording the highest growth rate among the content types. However, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, Netflix, and Paramount+ counted around 511,000 series titles in early 2025, while the number of sports programs and movies was significantly lower.
