As of December 2024, the average apartment rent in Koh Samui, Thailand, was 537 Thai baht per square meter. Koh Samui rental rates fell during the COVID-19 pandemic because of fewer tourists and expats visiting the island, however, they are now rising once more as a result of rising costs, market recovery, and growing demand.
