Talent availability to demand ratio in generative AI jobs worldwide 2023, by skill

In 2023, the availability of talent related to machine learning was 4.1 times larger than the demand for the skill by generative AI job postings worldwide. Skills related to generative AI were 12.1 times larger than its demand. Regulatory compliance skills, on the other hand, were equivalent to only 20 percent of the talent demand, with a ratio of 0.2.
