Share of IT budget allocated for AI by hoteliers worldwide 2024

In a global study conducted in the third quarter of 2024, over a third of surveyed hoteliers mentioned that they allocated between 10 and 25 percent of their IT budget to artificial intelligence (AI). Meanwhile, only six percent of respondents allocated over 50 percent of the IT budget to AI.
