A global study conducted in the third quarter of 2024 asked hoteliers when they believed that artificial intelligence (AI) would have impacted hospitality. While 69 percent of respondents from luxury hotels expected AI to impact the market within a year, just 55 percent of respondents from the economy category believed the same.
