As of the second half of 2024, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, had the highest colocation vacancy rate in the Asia-Pacific region at around 54 percent. In comparison, the national capital region of Delhi, India, had the colocation vacancy rate of about 37 percent and Greater Jakarta, Indonesia, had a rate of around 36 percent.
