Car dealerships using online channels for sales and purchases in Italy 2024

In the B2B automotive market, e-commerce represents an additional touchpoint in the purchase and sale of used cars, which often occurs offline. Nevertheless, a survey carried out in 2024 among car dealerships based in Italy showed that online marketplaces were popular among 73 percent of dealers selling used cars. In turn, online action sites were the favorite online platforms for dealerships buying used cars for resale (46 percent).
