According to a survey conducted among mobile smartphone users in the United Kingdom in March 2024, activities related to exercise, such as step counting and calories burned, were the most tracked health aspects among both men and women. Approximately half of women reported traking their exercise using apps and wearables, while four in 10 men did the same. One-third of men reported tracking their hart rate, while weight or diet were the second most common health-related aspects UK women reported tracking as of the examined period.
