The waiting time and not getting connected to a staff was the leading dissatisfaction Japanese consumers felt towards customer support services. In a survey conducted in August 2024, almost 41 percent of respondents had experiences with not getting connected to a staff or staff making them wait, when they made an inquiry to customer support.
