In 2023, global wind turbine order intake increased by roughly 12 percent in comparison with the previous year. In total, wind turbine orders reached 155 gigawatts during that year. 2021 registered the highest growth in the period of consideration, with an increase in orders of 44 percent, relative to 2020.
