Global wind turbine order intake 2023, by region

In 2023, wind power developers in China ordered roughly 100 gigawatts of wind turbines, accounting for approximately 65 percent of global wind turbine orders that year. Europe and North America's wind turbine order intake stood at 19 and 17 gigawatts, respectively.
