According to a 2024 survey, half of the members of the trade association for the French luxury industry reported already having deployed or planned to use artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in marketing content generation. Among other AI customer engagement solutions, customer segmentation was the most deployed, with around 26 percent of the industry professionals. Other popular AI tools that were already in use were the personalization of sales associate interactions with customers (22 percent) and personalized communication (19 percent).
