French luxury professionals perceived barriers to using analytical AI and GenAI 2024
A 2024 study found that six out of ten members of the trade association for the French luxury industry believed that lack of in-house expertise or resources was the main barrier to implementing analytical AI. Similarly, around half of the industry professionals thought that the same barrier was the biggest problem in adopting generative AI. However, concerns regarding intellectual property were significantly higher when adopting GenAI than analytical AI, at 37 percent versus seven percent, respectively.
