According to a global survey of marketing professionals in January 2025, 35 percent of respondents said they somewhat trust artificial intelligence (AI) for guiding critical marketing insights, but mostly rely on human judgment. Another 13 percent expressed fully trusting AI insights, compared to 11 percent who did not trust AI-driven insights.
