B2B e-commerce professionals using AI chatbots in France 2024

In business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce, chatbots have been integrated into the shopping experience. In France, roughly one-third of professionals used them for at least one aspect of the business transaction. According to a 2024 survey, 29 percent of surveyed B2B buyers used chatbots to receive information or advice about a product or service from one of their suppliers.
