In 2025, approximately 29 percent of the companies worldwide claim to have more than one-quarter of their workforce trained on artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) tools. Singapore and Japan reported the highest upskilling levels, while Italy and Brazil recorded lower levels than the global figure.
