Health insurance claim rejection India 2024, by claim type

In a survey on customer satisfaction in dealing with health insurance claims in India in 2024, over 60 percent of customers' reimbursement claims were denied because the reason was not clear. On the other hand, over 55 percent of respondents faced cashless claim rejection due to nondisclosure of disease in the policy agreement.
