According to a survey conducted in the Asia-Pacific region in October and November 2023, employers in India were willing to increase the salaries of workers who acquire AI skills by at least around 54 percent. In comparison, employers in Japan indicated willingness to raise workers’ salaries by a minimum of around 15 percent for acquiring such skills.
