Citigroup mobile banking users 2017-2024

Between 2017 and 2024, the number of customers using mobile banking at Citigroup's U.S. Personal Banking segment more than doubled. In 2017, the American banking giant had nine million mobile users, which grew to 20 million by 2024. Despite the increase, Citigroup's competitors' had a much larger mobile banking user base, with JPMorgan Chase taking the lead in 2024.
