According to a survey carried out in May 2025, Baby Boomers are unlikely to use AI shopping assistants during Amazon Prime Days in the United States. Less than one in **** of them intends to use ChatGPT, while only ** percent of them expect to use Amazon Rufus. In turn, Gen Z shoppers showed usage rates above ** percent for both AI tools.
