This statistic shows the volume of tin recycled from new scrap in the United States between 2005 and 2010. In 2006, around 2,340 metric tons of tin were recycled from new scrap in the U.S. Figures refer to scrap that results from the manufacturing process, including metal and alloy production. New scrap of tin excludes home scrap, which is scrap generated and recycled in the metal producing plant.
