Oil consumption in the Netherlands 2009-2023

In 2023, oil consumption in the Netherlands amounted to some 850 thousand barrels per day. Since 2009, the country's oil consumption reached its record low in 2021, at 845 thousand barrels daily. Despite such drop, the country is counted among the world's major oil consumers.
