Total issuing value of Chinese company IPOs 2014-2024

In 2024, the IPO issuing volume of Chinese companies worldwide amounted to 144 billion, almost one third as much as in 2023. Chinese companies went public despite the outbreak of COVID-19 and the resulting turbulences at various financial markets around the world. The Chinese government tries to develop the domestic financial market to incentivize Chinese companies to list at home.
