As of the first quarter of 2025, the youth unemployment rate for men in the United Kingdom was 15.3 percent, and 12.9 percent for women. During this provided time period, male youth unemployment was highest in Q4 2011, when it reached 25.5 percent, with female youth unemployment peaking in Q3 2011, at 19.1 percent.
