Menu pricing increases in U.S. chain restaurants in 2013, by category

During the survey, this question was posed as follows: "Were this year's menu increases across the board or only on specific categories? If by specific category, please specify all categories that apply." The survey was conducted among restaurant chains in the United States from segments including quick service, bakery, cafe, fast casual, casual, family, pizza, white tablecloth, and others. The chains ranged in size from 10 to more than 1,000 units.
The survey does not indicate the number of participants.
