Barclays net interest income 2010-2024
The global group net interest income of the British Barclays group increased overall between 2014 and 2024, although with several drops along the way. In 2014, the net interest income of the group reached over 10 billion British pounds, and it remained relatively stable until 2016. Subsequently, net interest income declined most years until 2021, with a significant drop in 2020. However, starting in 2022, the trend reversed, reaching its highest recorded value during this period in 2024 at approximately 12.94 billion British pounds.
