In 2024, Sanofi S.A.’s total revenues stood at just over 41 billion U.S. dollars, a decrease compared to the previous year, mostly impacted by the separation process of its consumer healthcare segment. In the same year, the Vaccines segment earned the company about 8.3 billion U.S. dollars.
Sanofi’s employees worldwide
An estimated 85 thousand people worked for Sanofi S.A. worldwide in 2024. Compared to 2015, the company’s total staff numbers have decreased considerably, especially when Sanofi’s Animal Health segment became part of a German pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim in 2016. Around half of the French company’s staff members are employed in Europe.
