Bicycle sales volume in the Europe 2022 and 2023, by country

Germany, France, and Great Britain were the biggest three purchasers of bicycles in the Europe in 2023. In Germany, the sales totaled nearly four million units in 2023, but were down by about 14 percent compared to the previous year. Great Britain saw an even greater drop in the market of 17 percent.
