This data depicts the results of a survey concerning the usage of e-books in Germany from 2014 to 2021, by type of device. In 2021, it was found that 46 percent of respondents stated to read digital books on their tablet computers, compared to 77 percent reading on their e-book reader and 57 percent doing so on their smartphone.
