Crowdfunding platforms in Europe as of December 2013, by function performed
This statistic presents the type of functions performed by the European crowdfunding platforms as of December 2013. Approximately 90 percent of platforms reported that they were able to provide their users with a preliminary screening of projects, and nearly 88 percent were successful at informing project owners and contributors of any fees applicable. Further 79 percent of platforms informed contributors of investment or funding risks.
