The smallest number of complaints during this period was filed in 2009/2010, when a total of just over 2,000 complaints were recorded. The number of complaints regarding travel insurance increased significantly as of the end of March 2021, reaching a total of 8,175 submitted complaints - the largest increase observed during the given time period. In 2021/2022, the number of complaints decreased significantly.
