Cheese was the second most consumed dairy product in Spain, reaching a value of 7.49 kilograms per head, one kilogram more than the previous year. Other dairy products include dairy desserts, with a per head consumption of approximately 2.52 kilograms/liters and milkshakes at approximately 3.2 liters.
