Between 1991 and 2024, the ratio rose by around 44.25 percentage points, though the increase followed an uneven trajectory rather than a consistent upward trend. The ratio is forecast to decline by about 8.69 percentage points from 2024 to 2030, fluctuating as it trends downward.
