This statistic illustrates the monthly value of loan and overdraft borrowing facilities approved for small-sized businesses in the United Kingdom (UK) from January 2015 to September 2017. It can be seen that the value of approved loans and overdrafts fluctuated during the period under observation, reaching a value of 557 million British pounds as of September 2017. The largest value of loans and overdrafts approved for small businesses in one month occurred in March 2015, when a total of more than one billion British pounds of new loans and overdraft facilities were recorded.
