In 2023, almost 72 percent of all employed persons in Finland had a permanent full-time job, whereas 11.7 percent worked in a permanent part-time job. The share of permanent full-time employees in 2022 was at the lowest at this point during the surveyed period. Meanwhile, the share of permanent part-time workers somewhat increased in Finland.
