This survey shows the main reasons why consumers stayed loyal to a webshop in Sweden in Q1 2018. The most popular reason for staying loyal to webshop was the product selection (71 percent), followed by low prices (55 percent). 37 percent of respondents named free shipping as a reason, while 24 percent wanted free returns.
