The survey is based on the German-speaking population aged 14 years and older in private households at main residence in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Information on basic sample:
2014: 8,156 respondents, projected base of 70.52 million persons.
Information on the target group "users of paid online newspaper and magazine content":
2014: projected base of 1.79 million persons.
The source phrased the survey question as follows: "The internet offers various different services and products that consumers can use and have to pay for. This list contains a number of them. Please indicate for which points you would agree with the statement: 'I do or use this on the internet, I use or purchase this online.' Product: paid content offers of newspapers and magazines, such as selected articles, complete editions for download."
