Italy: bread and cereals CPI trends 2024| Statista

Between January 2021 and December 2024, the monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) for bread and cereals in Italy grew considerably up until August 2023, when it peaked at 128.3, before experiencing a rather stable trend. By December 2024, it had slightly decreased to 127.9. The monthly CPI is here calculated using the year 2015 as the base, thus equal to 100. The CPI measures changes in the market price of a basket of consumer goods and services purchased by households.
