According to a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2024, 95.4 percent of responding online users stated that they accessed the internet using a smart phone in Vietnam. Smart phone was, therefore, the leading device used for this purpose. Around 51 percent of respondents reported using a personal desktop or laptop to access the internet in the same year.
