Prior to November 1, 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) was a division of Hewlett-Packard Company, which split into HP Inc., a printer and personal computer developer and manufacturer; and HPE, focused on servers, storage, networking, and business services.The figures reported here represent the historical figures from those divisions now belonging to HPE.
On April 1, 2017, Everett SpinCo, Inc., the enterprise services business part of HPE, was separated from the company and joined a merger with Computer Sciences Corporation.
On September 1, 2017, Seattle SpinCo, Inc, the software business segment of HPE, was separated from the company and joined a merger with Micro Focus.
