A higher share of men use online banking in the Netherlands than women. Between 2012 and 2023, the share of men using online banking was consistently higher than that of women, although the margin decreased in recent years. In 2023, 91.6 percent of Dutch men used online banking, compared to 88.7 percent of Dutch women.
