This statistic illustrates the results of a survey whose aim was to find out the most used payment methods on e-commerce websites in Italy as of the first quarter of 2018, ranked by type of good.
A glance at the graph reveals that PayPal was the most used payment method for both tangible (40.8 percent) and intangible goods (32.2 percent), followed by prepaid card (23.7 percent for tangible goods and 28.7 for intangible goods).
