The total number of newly constructed office space (in thousand square meters) in the Netherlands by province varied drastically between 2006 and 2020. While some provinces, such as Drenthe, did not construct any new office space in 2020, North Holland built 115.000 square meters of new office space in that year. This last province also saw the highest demand for office space.
