This survey displays the percentage of uninsured adults who earn less than 200% Fedral Poverty Line (FPL) in the US in 2001, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016, by ethnicity. According to the survey conducted, the total percentage of currently uninsured people earning below 200% FPL dropped from 36 percent in 2010 to19 percent in 2016 in the United States.
