Source adds the following information: "The study evaluates the companies’ digital maturity, looking at how well they can serve their customers through digital channels in Norway, Sweden and Finland No interviews or direct contacts have been made with the companies included in the study and all evaluations have been done from an outside-in perspective"

The evaluation is based on 193 objective criteria, defined for six different dimensions of digitalization: digital marketing, digital product experience, e-commerce, e-CRM, mobile and social media.

Grading scale: 10 - outstanding, 9 - excellent, 8 - good, 7 - satisfactory, 6 - suffiecient, 5 - poor, 4 - failed.
