EPI on yen basis for commodities in Japan 2017-2023

The Japanese yen based export price index (EPI) for all traded commodities stood at 130.9 index points in 2023. This indicated an export price increase by over 30 index points compared to the base year 2020, when the lowest EPI was recorded for the most recent seven years.
