Survey on main export challenges of SMEs in selected Nordic countries 2017
This statistic displays the result of a survey on the main export challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in selected Nordic countries in 2017. Administrative and bureaucratic factors were the largest individual factors which were seen as main challenges for company exports. In addition, the economic conditions of the main export markets as well as lack of professional labor force reportedly posed challenges to exports of Nordic SMEs. In 2017, other Nordic and European countries such as Sweden, Denmark and Germany were considered as potential new export markets of Nordic SMEs.
