The statistic shows the opinion on the dangerousness of vaccinations to children in Italy in 2017. According to the survey, 10 percent of respondents adhering to Fratelli d´Italia and other center- and right-wing parties believed that vaccinations are a danger for children´s health.
For children to attend state school in Italy, treatment with four vaccines (polio, diphtheria, tetanus and hepatitis B) is compulsory. Italy has lately become a battleground for vaccines, with tensions increasing in March 2017 following a measles outbreak.
